These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BaseRecon mobile application ("App") operated by Aviex Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using BaseRecon, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
BaseRecon uses ID.me to verify military affiliation. By proceeding with verification:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Aviex Solutions LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the BaseRecon app for your personal, non-commercial use.

When you submit content (reviews, tips, photos, discount suggestions), you grant Aviex Solutions LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App and for promotional purposes.
You agree not to post content that:
OPSEC Policy — Zero Tolerance: The submission of any content that violates Operational Security (OPSEC) guidelines is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: classified information, unit movement information, troop deployment details, personnel information, military operational plans, or any information that could compromise the safety of military personnel or operations.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate military and law enforcement authorities.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice. We are not liable for any user-generated content.
BaseRecon aggregates military discounts and resources from third-party businesses and sources.

The BaseRecon name, logo, app design, interface, and all content created by Aviex Solutions LLC are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
Military branch names, logos, insignia, and other military imagery are property of their respective organizations and are used for reference purposes only. BaseRecon is not affiliated with any military branch or government agency.
Your use of BaseRecon is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aviex Solutions LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any information is accurate, complete, or current.
Specifically, BaseRecon does not warrant:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aviex Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aviex Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us at feedback@baserecon.app.
Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class or collective action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" and send an in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
